I had been looking for a very authentic bok choy stir fry that tasted just right and this is it!

INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2-3 cloves garlic minced or crushed
¼ teaspoon ground ginger (I skip this)
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
4 cups baby bok choy thinly sliced
1/2 c. broth (I use either organic beef or chicken, sometimes frozen homemade)
¼ cup organic soy sauce
1 teaspoon raw honey
1 tablespoon cornstarch
DIRECTIONS:
Heat oil in saucepan over medium heat, add garlic and cook lightly
Add bok choy, (ginger if desired), and black pepper.
Stir fry about 3 min.
In a bowl, combine broth, soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch.
whisk well.
add cornstarch mixture to skillet and stir fry until sauce thickens and the bok choy is tender, about 3 min.
Serve hot.
