A Gorgeous Cup of Coffee
This is basically cowboy coffee which is filtered after it has been brewed for 5 minutes. Potentially the best coffee you will ever have depending on your preference for coffee and they type of beans you choose. Bring water to boil. For tall and grande size, I use 2 T ground coffee beans, for venti or stronger coffee some people will prefer 3 T. Add ground coffee and cover for 5 minutes. Pour through filter. I usually add raw honey and organic whole milk for the latte or café

From https://www.recipetineats.com/coq-au-vin/ Notes: This recipe was authentic, lovely and worth the time. I used pearl onion, but chunks of onion would be just fine. Organic bone in chicken thighs. I made my own beef broth with beef spareribs (herbs, chopped celery and onion). I typically use King Arthur Organic All-Purpose Flour. I used the fresh herbs, and Ménage à Trois Pinot Noir. I use Le Marinier French Sea Salt Extra Fine https://geni.us/16z1L for all my seasoning. I

Ingredients: 3 packets of yeast ½ cup sugar ¾ tsp salt 1 cup lukewarm (98° to 105° F) organic whole milk 2 eggs beaten 4 ½ cups sifted flour* ½ cup butter (Kerrygold)
