Greenwater Lakes Trail
Washington State, Mount Rainier Area > Chinook Pass - Hwy 410
The Greenwater Lakes trail offers a variety of destinations, Greenwater Lakes, Lost Lakes, Echo Lake and Corral Pass. The hike/walk to each of the Greenwater Lakes is very kid-friendly and shady on a hot day. The hikes are longer and steeper past this point.
On your way if you forgot anything, would like a snack or still need to get your National Forest Pass, stop by the Greenwater General Store.
The trail follows along the Greenwater River and passes over beautiful sturdy log bridges, board walks, and well-groomed/wide trails.
My husband has hiked and camped along these trails for over 40 years and took our kids fishing at these lakes several times. Finally, it was my turn. I’m looking forward to going back to camp.
